60 minute Intro to Thai

This is a brief one hour treatment meant as an introduction to Thai massage. This is a great way to get a taste of what Thai massage is like before committing to a two hour session.

*Expect to run 5-10 minutes over to accommodate client intake before session.

120 minute Thai Massage

This is my recommended length for a Thai massage treatment. It provides enough time for the nervous system to settle completely and for me to address the entire body. It includes the use of Thai herbal packs, essential oils, and healing herbal balm.

120 minute Deep Tissue Massage

This treatment is deep, intuitive and designed to focus on your physical needs as apposed to following a relatively structured routine with Thai massage. I pull inspiration from my background in Rolfing Structural Integration and blend that with Thai stretches and deep tissue work to create a bodywork experience that is both relaxing and therapeutic.
