about me

I am originally from Juneau, Alaska, transplanted to Bend in 2010 where I have primarily lived and worked for the past 15 years. I received my initial massage training from Sage School of Massage in 2011 and have since continued to deepen my scope of knowledge and experience in many different arenas. I became a certified Rolfer through the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute in 2014 in Colorado and obtained my advanced Rolfing certification in 2016. I studied wholistic nutrition and corrective exercise coaching through the CHEK Institute, interned with a physiotherapist in eastern Spain learning aquatic bodywork techniques, took an multi year sabbatical and most recently devoted myself to studying traditional Thai massage and herbal Thai treatments. I am a life long horsewoman, animal lover, farm girl at heart, a maker of many things with my hands and a deeply spiritual woman by nature.

Having traversed a wide terrain of different fields of bodywork and wellness, I have come to feel very much at home in the world of Thai herbal treatments, energetic attunement, and the slow work of embodiment. I love helping women find peace and home in their bodies and hearts. It is my calling to help tend the female nervous system through touch, connection, healing herbs, and natural wild beauty.
